Emergency Plan Flip Chart -
After editing this workplace emergency response plan to
include your facility's evacuation and safety information, this flip chart
is designed to be placed throughout the workplace near phones to provide a
basic guide for reporting and initial response for emergencies.
Post Edit Instructions - For
durability, print the chart pages on "card stock" which is available at
any office supply store. After printing, trim the bottom of each
page just below the bottom title for each guide so that all guide titles
show in a layered format. After trimming, you can have a plastic
binding placed along the top - this service is about $2 to $3 at print
shops and office supply stores.
